Seline Hofker (1968) is de oprichter en eigenaar van het Hofker Archief sinds 1992. Ze is een vooraanstaand expert, bron en auteur van verschillende publicaties over het kunstenaarsechtpaar Willem Gerard Hofker (1902-1981) en Maria Hofker-Rueter (1902-1999 ) in boeken en artikelen in kranten en tijdschriften. Ze is verantwoordelijk voor een groot aantal catalogusteksten over W. G. Hofker, van kunstveilingen in Nederland en daar buiten, van 2013 – 2023 en in het bijzonder in mei 2022 toen deze kunstenaar, volgens Artprice – de wereldleider in kunstmarkt informatie – een historisch record behaalde voor een kunstwerk dat op de Nederlandse markt werd verkocht, met zijn schilderij ‘Balische zusjes op ‘t tempelfeest’ uit 1940.
